As a Certified Reiki Master, Flower Essence Practitioner, Sound Healer and owner of New Leaf Energy Wellness Tracy specializes in working with professional business women who are dealing with high levels of stress, burnout, anxiety, depression and overwhelm in their lives.
She is here to help you plant new seeds for living a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life both personally and professionally.
Tracy uses her unique combination of natural healing modalities to clear old blocks and bring more balance and grounding energy back into your life as you regain your authentic expression and sense of Self.
She incorporates her locally grown and wild crafted flower essences - which are personally customized to your specific needs - as well as sound healing and transformational life coaching to support you in working through any challenges or heavy emotions that have been keeping you stuck and stagnant in life.
Tracy created New Leaf Energy Wellness out of a deep passion and desire to serve and empower other professional women through the daily challenges of stress, emotional suppression, anxiety, overwhelm, depression and feelings of not belonging.
It is her deepest desire to help you put down new roots and build a strong foundation towards living a more balanced, grounded, purposeful and authentic life. With a deep love and respect for nature, her healing work not only honours the environment but will assist you in accessing the earths healing abilities with every session you have.
As an outdoor enthusiast Tracy loves running, biking and hiking but her deep passion lies in paddling the lakes of Northern Ontario.
In her previous life Tracy was a National Outdoor Adventure Educator supporting and encouraging children and youth to challenge themselves, identify and realize their interests and goals, and create a strong foundation for them to believe in themselves and go after their dreams.
She is an inspiring women with a heart of gold who is here to support and guide you on your healing journey back to your authentic Self where you can realize your highest purpose in life.
